Good Faith Estimate
Good Faith Estimate for Cash Pay and Out-of-Network Patients
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate that outlines the expected costs of your mental health care.
At Calm Mind CBT, we are committed to transparency in pricing. If you are a cash-pay client or using out-of-network benefits, you are entitled to a written estimate of the anticipated costs before beginning services.
What You Can Expect:
Your Good Faith Estimate will include the expected costs for evaluation, ongoing therapy sessions, and any additional recommended services.
This estimate is based on the information available at the time and may be updated if your treatment plan changes.
While this is an estimate, actual costs may vary depending on your needs.
Your Rights:
You have the right to request a Good Faith Estimate before committing to care.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the charges.

Please Note: This Good Faith Estimate does not involve insurance coverage or guarantee reimbursement from your insurance provider. We encourage you to reach out to your insurance company for details about your out-of-network benefits.
